Market consultation regarding passive sampler measurements of ammonia in nature areas

The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), specifically the Environmental Risk and Safety Division, Centre for Environmental Quality, is conducting a market consultation in preparation for a possible future tender.
The purpose is to find suppliers for the delivery and analysis of passive ammonia samplers in Dutch nature areas. 

The scope includes:
Supply of passive NH₃ adsorption tubes according to strict technical specifications (including material, detection limit, design, shelf life, etc.).
Laboratory analysis of the collected samples, performed under ISO 17025 accreditation.
Monthly delivery and analysis of approximately 808 tubes per month (about 9,700 per year), with flexibility in quantities.
Electronic reporting of results (in Excel and PDF).
Maintaining data continuity with the current measurement method is essential, due to the importance of an uninterrupted long-term data series.
The consultation focuses on parties able to provide both supply and analysis, preferably as a complete package.
The aim of this market consultation is to assess whether and how market parties can meet these needs, to identify possible alternatives or optimizations, and to gather input for the procurement strategy.

About the IUC-RIVM
As a result of the Compact Government Implementation Program, the RIVM was designated at the end of 2012 as a procurement execution center (IUC) for the Dutch central government. The IUC-RIVM is, among other things, responsible for all purchases made by the RIVM.
