Market consultation Net Position Forecast solution

In the framework of the Core Day-Ahead capacity calculation, the Net Position Forecast (NPF) is an important input used in different steps of the process. The goal of the NPF is to deliver a two-day-ahead forecast of net position for each bidding zone within the Core CCR. Relevant bilateral exchanges on non-Core borders are also included.  With this market consultation, the Core and CE CCR are seeking information from solution providers on NPF solutions.
