Management, housing administration and cleaning – IKT Agder and DDV

This procurement is being carried out as a collaboration between the two largest ICT cooperations in Agder, IKT Agder IKS and Det Digitale Vestre Agder IKS (DDV). The procurement is a significant part of the project for a new professional system for
• management, operation, maintenance and development of buildings and buildings.
• Housing management
•Cleaning

The aim of the procurement is to procure a joint professional system for FDVU, housing management and cleaning that the owner municipalities can use. The procurement shall ensure future orientated systems for the municipalities in the cooperation, as well as contribute to simplifying and making everyday life more efficient for users of the system.

The municipalities shall be offered new technologies as and when they become available and interesting. The functionality shall be available after the simplest possible price model that does not limit development, and with the greatest possible integration between different services and technologies.
