Oslobygg KF (OBF) (henceforth referred to as the Customer) is Oslo municipality's property company and is one of Oslo municipality's largest builders and property managers. Oslobygg KF has approx. 2,700,000 m2 property and more than 650 employees.

One of the main areas in the digital road chart is to renew, simplify and develop new and smarter ways to work. Artificial intelligence and presentation of OT data are two areas that are a central part of the digital road map. With this project Oslobygg would like to test different technologies and suppliers for machine learning of control plants for two different buildings in Oslobygg's portfolio, and be able to assess any further roll-out of machine learning for control plants in Oslobygg.

Oslobygg has approx. 600 employees, with less than half working on development and maintenance projects. There will always be few simultaneous users and the number of active users will limit themselves to 10-20.
