Local area housing maintenance framework for 5 MD areas in Wicklow

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a multi-operator framework agreement for the provision of housing maintenance and local area maintenance services across five (5) Municipal Districts (MDs) within County Wicklow.

The framework will cover reactive, planned, and cyclical maintenance works to social housing stock, including but not limited to:

General building repairs and refurbishment

Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical works

Void property reinstatement

Roofing and fabric repairs

Grounds maintenance and estate management works

Council facilities works as required limited to works list above.

The framework will be divided into five (5) Lots, corresponding to the Municipal Districts within County Wicklow. Economic operators may tender for one or more Lots.
