University College Cork request the supply of a Quantum Electronic Suite for low temperature Qbit measurements. The equipment will be mainly used to probe superconducting and semiconductor electronic Qbits, specifically spin based. The equipment will be run as a single integrated system probing single qubit apparatuses and devices, with all the suite elements critically presenting mutual compatibility in terms of their operation when run as a combined tool during qbit manipulation and probing. The suite/system should be able to operate as a single enabling platform, e.g. running on a shared control software, in opposition to individual devices to be used for separate experiments in separate laboratories which could potentially reveal mutual incompatibilities under specific circumstances. The Quantum Electronic Suite will consist of: 1) A Signal and Spectrum Analyser with frequency range (at least) from 10 Hz to 30 GHz; 2) A channel Digital Oscilloscope, (at least four), with (at least) a 6 GHz bandwidth; 3) Am Arbitrary Signal Generator with frequency range (at least) from 8 kHz to 6 GHz with ultra-low phase noise; 4) An RF Source (upconvertor) with frequency range from (at least) 1 MHz to 12 GHz; 5) An associated Vector Network Analyser with at least four ports, and frequency range from (at least) 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz.
