IPR Services, new tender contest

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of services within intellectual property rights from a patent agency. In order to carry out its awarded TTO function for NMBU and NIBIO, Ard needs access to external expertise within individual disciplines. One such area is the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR), including initial and strategic IPR searches, preparation and submission of applications, valuation of IPR and utilisation of other intellectual property.
