Invitation to a supplier conference – transport services for Deichman library

Deichman library invites potential suppliers to a supplier conference Wednesday, April 29, 10:00 - 11:00, in connection with a planned procurement of transport services. The conference will be held digitally on Teams.

The coming procurement shall cover the following transport needs:

* transport of books between Deichman's main library in Bjørvika, 22 branches and two prison libraries.

* transport between Deichman's school collection and 182 schools and adult education centres

* transport between the school collection stores and different nursery schools.

* transport and freight related to remote loans

* Collection of mail from post box and delivery to Deichman in Bjørvika

* ad hoc transport of equipment and other materials

In the meeting the contracting authority will provide information on:

* the need and scope of the assignment

* Estimated value of the procurement

* Qualification requirements and service requirements

* further process leading up to the competition

Questions can also be asked to the contracting authority.

Suppliers who, after the conference, would like to participate further, will be invited to individual dialogue meetings with the contracting authority.
