Introduction Manager – Category A

The competition is for competence within strategic change/implementation management. Category A in the procurement scheme.

The Ministries Digitalisation Organisation (DIO), c/o the Customer Cooperation Department, needs a resource (consultant) within project, change, test and introduction management. The department is the ministries ́ strategic cooperation partner and is responsible for customer dialogue, architecture, portfolio management, projects and service management. The department consists of the sections Portfolio Management and Customer; Projects, activities and implementation; and Joint service development. The Section for Projects, Activities and Implementation needs to increase capacity and strengthen competence within strategic change/implementation management and needs an introduction manager/sub-project manager who shall assist in development activities/projects both internally in DIO and towards our customers.

The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 2,500,000 to NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
The span is large because it also reflects the agreement ́s length of 1+1+1+1 which is in addition to other variables that cannot be predicted precisely now.
