Intention notice service order

Lillestrøm municipality needs a uniform and integrated platform for service booking, administration, capacity management and communication that is specifically developed for municipal health and care services. After market surveys, it has been identified that the Service Shop, delivered by Proventus AS, is the only known system on the market that fulfils all the minimum requirements and functional needs as stated in the requirement specification for the procurement of digital service orders.

There is no other known supplier who can offer this combination of functionality, in a combined and production set system that is specifically developed for the municipal sector and already implemented in other municipalities. The service shop is unique in that it safeguards the entire service journey in one integrated system. Based on this Lillestrøm municipality considers that the Service Shop is the only real supplier who can deliver a system that fully meets the municipality ́s documented needs and requirements.

The procurement ́s value is calculated to approx. NOK 2.1 million, with it not subject to publication in TED, but it is, due to technical reasons, still announced in the TED base in addition to Doffin.
