Intention notice – Procurement of a payment system for the emergency doctor surgery.

Lillestrøm municipality shall procure a modern and comprehensive payment system for patients at Nedre Romerike emergency doctor surgery. The system shall be integrated with the patient journal system CGM emergency doctor surgery (CGM general). It shall have modern payment options, include hire of payment options, including collection of deductibles for services and material for patients, as well as include follow-up of patients. The system shall also include accounting information for further treatment at the emergency doctor surgery/the accounting department.

After a market survey, it appears that only the supplier Convene AS can offer a payment system that is integrated with the patient journal system CGM emergency doctor surgery (CGM generally) and that otherwise fulfils the municipality ́s requirements.

Lillestrøm municipality hereby announces its intention to enter into a contract with Convene AS. Any objections to the contract must be submitted in writing to the contracting authority by the waiting period 10.2.2026.
