Integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to an Integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS). In summary, the Services comprise: an Integrated Human Resources Information System to include a secure Employee Database, Outsourced Payroll Services, Pension Management, Workforce Management (organisational structure), Performance Management, Time and Attendance functionality and Reporting functionality.
The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be covered by the proposed Services Contract may amount to some €1,100,000 ex VAT over 5 years (Term of 3 years plus two possible extensions of 12 months each). SEAI will hold a market engagement meeting in relation to this tender. Tenderers who wish to attend this meeting should email their interest to hr@seai.ie Please include Subject title as Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Information Meeting. All queries and requests for information should be made through the eTenders platform once the competition is advertised. Please do not respond to this notice. It is a Prior Information Notice only. The competition will be published on www.etenders.gov.ie under the same CPV Codes, when it becomes available.
