Industrial talents

A vocational orientated course shall be procured that aims and qualifies, include and recruit industrial talents for the industry in Grenland. The industry has a significant need for qualified labour in the next few years, and NAV Vestfold and Telemark have users with a need for training to qualify for work within the industry. The aim of the "industrial talents" is to create job match and a targeted cooperation between job seekers who want work in the industry and industrial companies that have a recruitment need today and in the future.
