Image acquisition via manned aerial platforms

Use of manned aerial platforms as a complementary source of pre or
post-event imagery in emergency situations that require very high spatial resolution or
timely follow-up of events when available satellite images cannot provide it due to orbital
revisit delay or cloud cover (e.g. earthquakes, urban flooding)

In addition to the standard orthophotos and digital surface models the FWC should include
also LIDAR sensor-types and hyper spectral imagery for the manned aerial component.
