The aim of this procurement is to cover The Norwegian School of Economics ́s need for an efficient and robust HR system that shall improve, digitise and increase the efficiency of the HR processes. The system shall strengthen data quality and data security, support follow-up and development of employees, as well as function as an efficient management tool.
