Hearing: Videonystagmography for Helse Bergen HF

Haukeland University Hospital shall replace its current equipment for video retagmography. The equipment is the "workhorse" at the Balance Laboratory and consists of video projector, video-Frenzel glasses, rotary chair and software that is used several times daily for examinations of ocular follow-up and sawy movements, spontaneous and positional nystagmus as well as the provisional sample, both water and air. It is an advantage if the rotary chair can also be used as an examination chair for the other tests, and may be included in future examinations of the vestibule function in children by the child sitting on the lap of a parent while the chair rotates. A procurement contract shall be signed for the equipment and a framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables and accessories. Approx. 1,000 surveys are expected per annum in Haukeland. Based on this information, tenderers are asked to estimate the estimated consumption of equipment dependent consumables/accessories per annum in Annex 1 Price Form, tab 'Consumables'. Tenderers must take into account the expected replacement interval based on how long the guaranteed lifetime/use time the actual consumables/accessories have. If other companies in Helse Vest RHF would like to utilise options for equipment, they will also have an option to join the framework agreement on equipment dependent consumables/accessories.
