The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of ground drilling. The aim is to streamline the purchase of ground drilling. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration currently has 10 rigs. Two in the north, two in the city centre, two in the west and four in the east.
