GIS Systems

Alta municipality shall procure the Geographical Information System (GIS), which is in line with strategies anchored in the municipal plan ́s community part - 'Alta will', the digitalisation strategy 'We must dry', procurement strategy and communication strategy. Plans and strategies can be found on Alta kommune ́s website. The procurement shall also take into account the needs, guidelines and development directions that are described in KS ́ road maps for planning, building and geodata.

The competition is divided into 2 parts.

1. Sub-tender A: MOM for plans, buildings and geodata. The system for sub-tender A shall be a uniform system for managing planning, building and geodata, delivered and operated as a cloud service from a supplier.

2. Sub-tender B: Systems for insight, service building and communication (publication, dialogue/participation, analysis, data distribution, etc.), delivered and operated as a cloud service. The contracting authority is free to choose several tenderers to fulfil the need.

The contract ́s total value for four years operation is estimated to NOK 7,000,000. The maximum value of the procurement is set at NOK 8,750,000 including options.
