Framework agreement – hire of cars

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of hire cars. The agreement shall primarily cover Agder county, c/o the Cultural School Bag's (DKS) need for hire cars. DKS is a national scheme that ensures that all school pupils in Norway get to experience professional art and culture every year. DKS needs hire cars for touring for artists with equipment. Initially the call-offs for hire cars will be in Agder, but there is also a need to collect/deliver vehicles in Oslo and Stavanger. The contract can also be used by all employees in Agder county for any need.
