Framework agreement for document control/revision of patient journals – FHI

FHI is responsible for carrying out document control of patient journals, pursuant to the Norwegian Patient Registry Regulations, § 2-4 The recipient ́s responsibility for quality control. In order to fulfil this responsibility, FHI needs to connect with a supplier who can function as an executing party on FHI's behalf. Tenderers shall also provide professional advice and contribute with an understanding of medical guidelines, keeping records, rules and guidelines.
