Framework agreement for data, insight and information management, as well as performance management.

Nav invites tenderers to a competition for a new framework agreement for data, insight and performance management. The procurement shall continue standard products and cloud services with the accompanying services within a mainly equivalent product and service area. A contract shall be signed with one (1) tenderer. This procurement follows the procedure for negotiated procedure in two stages, qualification and tender phase. The contracting authority will choose which tenderers will be invited to submit a tender among those who fulfil the qualification requirements. This is the qualification phase; documentation for both phases is attached.  

The framework agreement period is 2+1+1 years. The estimated value over four years is NOK 200-240 million, excluding VAT. Sales tax. The maximum value over four years is NOK 280 million excluding VAT. Sales tax.
