Formation of HSE Design Team Services Framework for the Provision of Exemplar Designs for Standard Health Accommodation (Acute and Non-Acute).

The Health Service Executive (HSE) (“Contracting Authority” or the “CA”) through this competition, is seeking to procure the following Professional Services with the Architect as the lead Consultant; • Architect (as lead) • Quantity Surveyor (as team member) • Building Service Engineer (as team member) • Civil/Structural Engineer (as team member) • Fire Safety Consultancy (as team member) • Energy Efficiency Design Facilitator (as team member) The framework will be established through the execution of the framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement ”) to facilitate the CA in its provision of design team services on its own behalf.
