Export promotion services (promotional spot on BBC UK channel)

1. Scope of services:
Provision of production, broadcasting and promotion services for a 30-second advertising spot and editorial content on BBC Global News platforms, in order to promote the country brand “Made in Moldova”.
2. Video production requirements:
Development of the creative concept within 10 days from receipt of materials and payment;
Preparation of the script and storyboard within 10 days from approval of the concept;
Video editing and post-production (voice-over in English, music, graphics) within 20 days from approval of the preliminary version;
Delivery of the final version in a format compatible with the technical requirements of BBC News TV and bbc.com.
3. Broadcast requirements:
Broadcasting of the spot for 6 weeks on the BBC News channel in Europe (CET), with a total of 138 broadcasts;
Distribution at pre-established time slots on weekdays and weekends.
4. Digital promotion:
Publication of “Made in Moldova” editorial content on BBC digital platforms;
Ensuring a volume of at least 3,000,000 impressions on www.bbc.com.
5. Delivery and reporting requirements:
Commencement of work within 3 working days of signing the contract and receiving payment;
Provide a detailed report on the services provided, in accordance with the contractual terms.
6. Compliance requirements:
Adherence to international ethical and legal standards regarding advertising content;
Ensuring compatibility with the legal and technical requirements of the BBC;
Respect for intellectual property rights.
