The objective of this framework agreement is to enable  FBA to pursue its mandate and strategic priorities through access to relevant consultant expertise and delivery capacity within the following thematic priorities: Women, Peace and Security (WPS); Youth Peace and Security (YPS); Protection of Civilians (POC); Climate, Peace and Security[ (CPS); Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR); and Dialogue, negotiation and mediation.
