Event Project Management for SEAI

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN). SEAI intends to issue a Call for Tender (CfT) to appoint one service provider for the provision of turnkey project management services for our flagship event The SEAI Energy Show, an annual business-to-business exhibition. The successful service provider will be responsible for managing all aspects of the exhibition, including exhibitor recruitment / sales, major sub-contractor selection and management, advance and on-site visitor registration, event logistics, and venue and on-site caterer liaison. The successful service provider will also collaborate with SEAI on event innovations, marketing and management of the accompanying content programme of workshops, seminars and briefing sessions.

The contract term will be for one year with an option to extend for up to three additional years. The estimated contract value over the four-year term is up to €2,000,000 excl. VAT.

The venue for the SEAI Energy Show will be procured separately when required.

The SEAI Energy Show 2026 will be taking place in the RDS, Dublin on 22-23 April, 2026. Parties interested in submitting responses to this CfT may wish to visit the Show, which is free to enter.

Market Information Meeting
