EPO Management Development Programme

The EPO is seeking an external provider to design and deliver modules within its new Management Development Programme, aimed at strengthening leadership behaviours aligned with the EPO managerial principles of Clarity, Courage, Care, Contribution, and Curiosity.
The scope includes:

Design and delivery of leadership development modules covering topics such as coaching, influence, storytelling, empathy, and decision-making.
Development of each module consisting of:
one live online training session,
one application task,
one peer circle,
one practice lab.
Creation of all participant and facilitator materials.
Delivery of all online sessions for cohorts of up to 15 participants.
Provision of evaluation and learning assessment tools.
Ongoing coordination with the EPO project team and continuous improvement of materials and delivery.
