Theme 2 , Thriving and Peaceful Communities Turn Up the Volume PEACEPLUS Countywide Programme Donegal County Council is currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation, or collaboration of organisations from the public, private, or community and voluntary sector to design and deliver “Turn Up the Volume Countywide Programme” , An inclusive music and technology project empowering people (aged 18 and over) with skills in production, performance, and intercultural collaboration through workshops, rehearsals, and public performance.
