Contract Tenders for the provision of Inspections of rented properties to ensure compliance with the Housing Standards Regulations 2019 for Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. Two year contract to carry out 4000 1st inspections and 2000 second inspections per annum, with the possibility to extend for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extension or extensions.
