Division of ØKOKYST sub-programme Skagerrak

The monitoring programme "Økosystemovervåking i Kystvann; ØKOKYST" aims to monitor ecosystems in coastal and fjord areas and it shall uncover how these are affected as a result of nutrient salt supplies, partial pollution and climate changes. The ØKOKYST group comprises six sub-programmes, which are published separately. Most of the procurements were implemented in 2025.

From 2026, the sub-programme Skagerrak will now be divided into two programmes. "Water and soft bottom in Skagerrak" includes hydrography and soft bottom, while "Blue forest in Skagerrak" includes hard bottom and eel grass. "Water and soft bottom" was announced 14 January 2026 with a Doffin reference from 2026 to 100826. "Blue forest in Skagerrak" will be announced in February 2026.
