Direct Award of Contract for detailed design and tender preparation services.

Dublin City Council has directly awarded a contract using the negotiated procedure without call for competition relying on Article 32 2 (b) (ii) which allows for use of the procedure where the works, supplies or services can be provided a particular economic operator where competition is absent for technical reasons.

The contract was awarded to Roughan & O'Donovan for detailed design, tender preparation services and limited construction stage inputs for the redevelopment of Ringsend Library and the Library Square Public Relam Improvement at a value of €630,618.20
