Development consultants and case officers for the child protection service.

The procurement is for the establishment of framework agreements for the delivery of initiative consultants and case officers for the child welfare services in Ås, Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Enebakk. The aim is to ensure stable and flexible access to qualified personnel so that the municipalities can handle variations in case quantity, absence and need for specialised competence. This shall contribute to proper service provision and high quality in statutory assignments. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts: one for enterprise consultants and one for executive officers, in order to ensure accurate deliveries and adapt the requirements for different competence areas. The contracts shall give the municipalities predictability, better quality, increased contract coverage and possibilities for quick mobilisation as needed. Tenderers must offer personnel with relevant education and experience and fulfil the requirements for seriousness, quality and availability.
