Stavanger Municipality invites interested tenderers to apply to be qualified for a dynamic purchasing system for service design.|| Stavanger Municipality would like to meet new challenges with technology, cooperation and close inhabitant involvement. We will put inhabitant and users' needs at the centre of the development of digital services. We know that design and user experience are central in this work. The general aim of this contract is therefore the procurement of consultancy services within various design disciplines.|| The design services can be used for a broad spectrum of the municipality's needs, from work on improvements or the development of new services and systems, to innovation projects where we need insight and knowledge on inhabitants or users' needs.
