Design and Planning Consultancy Services

Provision of design and planning consultancy services for new visitor and staff facilities at Coole Park Nature Reserve which will be brought through planning submission. The final documents should be suitable for pricing, tendering and construction purposes. The objective is to carry out an initial study to establish the most appropriate form of development for Coole Park. It should be noted that in considering any work in the Nature Reserve, that one of the objectives in the Statement of Strategy is to ensure that our natural heritage is promoted in a manner consistent with the primary function of conservation.
