Department of Education – Establishment of Contractor Framework

Competition to establish a Framework Agreement for the SRRRP framework 2026. The Minister for Education and Youth (the Contracting Authority), intends to establish a Multi-Party Framework, of suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractors to deliver Works Contracts for the remediation, retrofit, refurbishment works and decarbonisation of up to, but not limited to, 18 schools across Ireland throughout multiple geographical locations. It is intended that each Works Contract will comprise of 1 or more schools. The initial tender will comprise of 5 number schools.
