Delivery, Installation, Implementation and Maintenance of Common Use Platform at Rotterdam The Hague Airport

Rotterdam Airport B.V., operating under the name Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTHA), a subsidiary of Royal Schiphol Group, has an intention to start an open European Tender Procedure in the first half of 2026 regarding delivery, installation and implementation of the Common Use Platform at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, including support and maintenance thereof.

The indicative scope shall include the following components:

8 x CUTE Terminal Full-Service Workstations
1 x CUTE Terminal PRM Workstation
2 x CUTE Terminal Service workstations
9 x CUTE Terminal Gate Workstations
9 x CUSSDOP (Self-Service Baggage Dropoff Units)
10 x CUSSL Kiosk (Common Use Self Service Labeling Kiosks)
1 x Common Use Application
(*CUTE meaning “Common Use Terminal Equipment”)

The execution of the delivery, installation and implementation of the Common Use Platform shall be divided into two phases. Phase 1 shall consist of delivery, installation and implementation of the Pilot System to be installed and tested at RTHA test facility. Phase 2 shall consist of delivery, installation and implementation of the Production System.

After successfully completing Phase 1 and Phase 2, the Contractor shall provide support and maintenance of the Production System.

The Tender Procedure shall consist of 1 Lot to ensure that responsibility for the entire scope remains with one party.
