Contract modification notice – E3 Project

Ghala Designated Activity Company/Trinity College Dublin the University of Dublin is publishing a contract modification notice as required by Regulation 72(1)(c) of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 in relation to a contract previously the subject of a contract award notice ref: 521444-2021. Due to the change in the eTenders platform, there is no ability to publish a contract modification notice and the contracting authority is consequently utilising the VEAT notice form.
