Contract award: Ordering tool for interpretation services at Oslo University Hospital.

The Interpreter Central (Toleksentralen)at Oslo University Hospital (OUS) shall procure a system for registering and communicating interpretation assignments. The system must i.a. be able to include an overview of interpreters and which languages they serve, as well as all departments and orderers who order interpretation assignments. The system must be a CRM system and it must be able to produce reports that function as a management tool and describe the daily activity. It must be able to handle outgoing and incoming written communication in the form of e-mails and messages between the Interpreter Central and interpreters, and between the Interpreter Central and the orderer. The system shall have Norwegian user interface. It is primarily desirable to procure a system that is in use and that has the necessary functionality to communicate assignments, but there is also room for development and improvement of further functionality. Sykehusinnkjøp HF is assisting OUS in this procurement.
