Consultation of the tender documentation – Operation of the county road ferry connection Ytre – Møre og Romsdal

Møre og Romsdal County, c/o the Transport Department (FRAM), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, shall hold a new tender contest for the operation of two ferry services: Småge-Orta-Finnøya-Sandøya-Ona (Utasundsruta)Brattvåg-DrynaSambandene is currently in one and the same contract (Ytre 2022-2028), but will currently enter into a single contract (Ytre 2022-2028), but will Two separate contracts are announced this round: Utasundsruta: operational period from 01.01.2029 to 12.02.2040.Brattvåg-Dryna: operational period from 01.01.2029 to 31.12.2033, and then entered into what the Contracting Authority calls The Romsdal package from 2034.The provisional progress plan will be set up for publication of the tenders June/July 2026 and the award of contract December 2026.The contracting authority would like, with this notice, to invite the supplier market to give general feedback to the attached draft of the tender documentation. In addition the Contracting Authority would like feedback on questions on the question sheet. Deadline is given until 25.03.2026 to provide feedback. The feedback is given in writing to the Contracting Authority via the communication module in Mercell.
