Construction management services

This DPS is being established for the provision of professional construction management services for new-build developments and major projects including refurbishments to housing and commercial properties. The authority wishes to select a number of suppliers to form a DPS to provide professional construction management services to westworks and collaboration consortia users. The purpose of this DPS is to ensure we have a range of suppliers that can cater for the varied demands of the client group.
