The Government of the Republic of Cyprus intends to proceed with the award of a Concession Contract for the development of the Pafos (Kissonerga) marine development project (the Project). The Project entails a marine development in Kissonerga Paphos, including a Marina with a capacity of 1.000 recreational vessel slots (both for the marine and landside zone, whereby wet berths should amount to 70 -80 percent of the total number of the Marina capacity and dry berths should amount to the remaining 20 - 30 percent), residential and commercial development which may include hotel infrastructure and optional infrastructure that can accommodate cruise ships. For the purposes of the Project, the Government of the Republic of Cyprus intends to proceed with a competitive two-phase process, open to the public, comprising of (i) this Expression of Interest Phase and (ii) the Invitation to Tender Phase.
