Troms County would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of cleaning and catering products. The aim of the agreement is to cover the county ́s need for high quality products for use in cleaning, daily operations and catering. The County wishes, through the contract, to ensure a cost efficient and rational procurement of associated products, as well as an agreement that complies with the current laws and regulations.
