CFT For the Re-development of the HIA's Health Insurance Product Comparison Tool.

The modified procurement will be for:
a) The ongoing and continued re-development of the HIA’s health insurance product comparison tool, which is accessed through the HIA’s website.
b) Working with the HIA to fully identify the requirements for the comparison tool, including but not necessarily limited to:
i. a Written Specification of comparison tool design
ii. Review session of any specifications with HIA
iii. Workshops and interviews to determine HIA requirements for the comparison tool solution.
c) Development, testing, and installation of a comparison tool solution to meet the requirements of the HIA. This includes the following additional implementation works:
i. Additional data cleaning and modification
ii. Additional data translation
iii. Additional Data testing and modification
d) Support, security and maintenance service, including site development, updating and increase in data scalability, if required. This includes additional data translation and bug fixing, together with support for the back-end users and contributors.
e) Data analytics, reporting and exporting of data from the comparison tool.
f) Training on self-maintenance of Comparison Tool website
