Breast diagnostics, Mid-Norway Health Authority RHF

Helse Midt-Norway RHF has planned to announce tenders for services within breast diagnostics in spring 2026. The contracting authority would like feedback from potential tenderers if the procurement ́s device can be perceived as disproportionately unreasonable or unfortunately designed. Feedback is particularly wanted on requirements in the requirement specifications "The radiological equipment/machines that are used cannot be older than ten years at all times". Answers must be submitted via the communication channel in Mercell by 26.03.2026 at: 09:00 at the latest. This is only a prior information notice. The final notice will be published after the deadline for input has expired. Changes in the attached documents are subject to occurring.
