Bord Bia Tender for the Construction, Installation and Dismantling of a Pre-Designed Exhibition Stand at Alles fur den Gast 2026

Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, is seeking an experienced contractor to manufacture, deliver, install, maintain and dismantle a pre-designed exhibition stand for the EU Organic Beef & Lamb – Pasture Raised in Ireland campaign at Alles für den Gast 2026, taking place from 7 to 10 November 2026 at Messezentrum Salzburg, Austria.
Atlas Marketing Studio, as Bord Bia’s implementing body and appointed agency for the EU-funded programme, will manage and supervise the tender process, coordinate communications with tenderers and oversee delivery of the contract. Bord Bia will remain the contracting authority and final decision-making body.
The scope includes technical development, dimension verification, production, transport, installation, graphics, lighting, rigging, furniture, AV equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, safety equipment, venue coordination, on-site support and dismantling. The contractor must comply with Austrian legislation, venue requirements and all applicable health and safety standards.
Tenderers must submit a comprehensive fixed-price quotation covering all labour, materials, equipment, transport, venue services, installation, dismantling and project management, clearly identifying any exclusions, assumptions or client-supplied itemsquantities and dimensions, identify any technical concerns before production, and provide a comprehensive fixed-price quotation covering all labour, materials, equipment hire, transport, installation, venue-related services, dismantling and associated project management. Any exclusions, assumptions or items identified as client-supplied must be clearly stated in the tender response.
