De opdracht betreft een Enterprise Resource Planning Platform (ERP) en een Human Resources (HR) Platform. Het gaat hierbij om de inkoop van een dienst, omdat het gaat om het ter beschikking stellen van de licenties/gebruiksrechten, het implementeren en het hosten, housing, beheren en onderhouden van het ERP- en HR-Platform.
