Architect led Design team services for the construction new maintenance workshops in the existing Energy Centre at SJH

The purpose of this competition is to procure a Single Point Design Team for project described. Applicants must consider the full range of potential services which may be required through the lifetime of the projects including but not limited to, (a) Full Design Team services (including leading, coordinating and managing statutory application processes) (b) Partial Design Team services (c) Replacement Design Team services (d) Building Services Engineering Design Services (M and E) (e) Civil and Structural Engineering Design Services (f) Quantity Surveying Services (g) Floor Area Analysis (h) Planning Consultation (i) Employer Representative (ER) (j) Assigned certifier services (k) PSDP Services (l) Other services of a similar nature required by the Client such as: Supporting the Contracting Authority through each of the various project life cycle stages and approval gateways as defined within DPER's Infrastructural Guidelines (previously the Public Spending Code). The project consists of the construction of new FM maintenance workshops within the existing energy centre on campus. The current proposal shows the new workshops being split over 3 new floors within an existing fallow space in the energy centre. There will be some works required to the external façade to accommodate new wondows for natural light. There will be a requirement to re-locate the LV transformer associated with the site CHP and 2 no. electrical distrbution boards to facilitate the new area. l The estimated Notional Construction Value (NCV) for the project is €1,500,000 incl VAT
