Administration system for resident parking permits

The Agency for Urban Environment is now planning the procurement of a new administration system for resident parking for Oslo.

The objective of the market dialogue (RFI) is to receive feedback from potential suppliers if you have or can develop functionality that covers the attached requirement specifications. We would also like recommendations on changes to the current requirements.

The procurement will include a standard system for administration and follow-up of the resident parking scheme and a separate contract for the operation of the system.
