Acting presenter

The joint ICT programme is subject to DIO, which is responsible for the assignment for the programme. Program Felles IKT shall deliver a new joint ICT platform for the ministries, SMK, DSS and DIO and Norway ́s foreign stations, which shall ensure the safeguarding of digital security, interaction and efficiency for the joint ministries. Including a secure, cost efficient and functional treatment and sharing of digital information internally and externally. DIO as the contracting authority would like a consultant who can take on the role of functioning presenter. The agreement with the consultant who commits this role currently expires and the assignment shall be subject to re-competitive tendering. This role can be subject to change if the programme organisation moves to a project organisation. The need for the consultant will have a role as responsible for the execution on behalf of Director DIO. The role reports directly to the Director of DIO. See the attached SSA-B for a detailed description of the need. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 2,500,000 to NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The span is large because it also reflects the agreement ́s length of 1+1+1+1 which is in addition to other variables that cannot be predicted precisely now.
