A NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE WITH A PRIOR CALL FOR COMPETITION FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY – PROVISIONING AND OPERATIONS FOR 2025-2026 SELECTION GUIDE

The object of this Contract is to supply electricity, provisioning and operations for the Contracting Authority (Principal). The Principal wants the Successful Tenderer to purchase and/or sell electric energy for the Principal and, if desired, purchase and/or deliver it at the connection points for which the Principal has entrusted balance responsibility to the Successful Tenderer.
