Construction works for the refurbishment of the kitchen in the EPO ISAR building, awarded as a single lot to a general contractor (GC).
The scope of works includes:
-Construction works, including complete demolition (also of components containing hazardous materials), as well as dismantling, removal and disposal of the existing kitchen equipment
-Technical building services (HVAC), including sprinkler installations
-Technical building services (electrical installations - ELT)
-Kitchen equipment, including the kitchen ceiling
